Lobes have some rust on them which is preventing the shaft to make a complete rotation. The lobes were partially cleaned with steel wool by reaching through the top port. This cleaning made it possible to turn the shaft by hand about a half turn. The part of the lobes that are accessible from the bottom port still need to be cleaned in order to complete a full revolution. The third and fourth pics are of the cleaned top port and the last two pics are of the uncleaned bottom port. Unit is being sold for possible rebuild.
