This is a dc servo motor as removed from a Hurco KMB-1 vertical milling machine. I have tested this motor from my forklift battery and it ran quiet and steady. The casing is 4" diameter by 9- 3/8th" with a 5" by 5" front flange and a 3" by 1" cog pulley on a .625" shaft. The flange and pulley appear to be removeable. This motor will be guaranteed to work. This motor came from a machine that someone started to retrofit with a new control. There should be nothing wrong with this motor. Also, I have another motor very similar to this one in another listing (this has since been sold) that has a different front flange that you might want to check out.

The info on the data tag is too faint to read but it should be about identical to its sibling motor in listing 120450869939 which was more readable.
