This unit has been in use up until this past January and I will guarantee it to not be DOA. We have used it with US Card Services in in Baxter, MN and Marilyn who works there is marvelous to deal with and gave us the best rates and support I have seen or heard of anywhere. No they are not paying me to say that, I just know how cut-throat some of the merchant services people can be out there and it is refreshing to find such openness and honesty in a business these days!
I am also including the bracket I made to mount it on the wall and free up precious desk space. It can easily be removed for desk use by removing four screws. Also included is 11 rolls of Thermal paper. (enough for my sewing machine business for 4 years!)
