*These Communications Test Sets were marketed by many different companies but were all the same piece of equipment. The scanned manuals were printed in November, 1991. Need to understand how all the controls interact? How to set up specific tests? Need to fix your Stabilock? If your 4031 came without a service or operations manual, you'll need one someday, why wait? This is a good quality (not 100% perfect but mostly so) scan of the original, NLA, manual in .PDF format. All pages are perfectly readable with good contrast. There are a few smudges here and there but nothing critical. There are also some tech notes that were left in and some parts listings and page notations are in German but easily understandable. Everything else is in English. Includes Adobe reader.
