Some people prefer potassium benzoate to sodium benzoate or sodium salicylate for some uses because it is less hygroscopic.
This potassium benzoate is in the form of a fairly fine soft powder agglomeration. If you need a finer powder, it can be pressed through a sieve (center pile) or milled (bottom pile) by you.
