50MW 473NM dpss laser with analog +tec+power supply


Please read this user manual before operate this laser modules safety and properly, and pay attention to that it will not be warranty by operating mistake!

Green LED on when the driver is normal working
Red LED on when the power driver is auto-shutdown because of over-temperature or some other reasons.
Current will rise when rotating the adjustor clockwise
To connect power driver with laser head by 12-pin cord
To connect power driver with 0~5V TTL or Analog modulation
To connect power driver with 220V or 110V source
TTL+: for 5V 0~30KHz TTL modulation, 5V on, 0V off
TTL-: for 5V 0~30KHz TTL modulation, 0V on, 5V off (when using the laser without modulation, please choose this)
Analog: for 5V 0~10KHz analogue modulation
1. Connect the power driver with laser head by 12-pin cord. Pay attention that the SN. of both should meet.
2. Connect the power driver with 220V/110V source.
3. Connect the power driver with modulator if necessary.
4. Put the modulating mode switch onto right mode.
5. Rotate the current adjustor anti-clockwise to the end.
6. Turn on the power driver. Slowly rotate the current adjustor clockwise to increase the output current, until the laser module work stably.
7. Before turn off the power driver, contra-rotate the adjustor to decrease the current to minimum.
