This timer switches provides up to 26-percent saving for electric water heaters. To maximize savings, timer should be used to operate one hour in the morning and two hours in the evening, set to turn "ON" one hour in advance of usage periods. Tripper may be set for from 1 to 23 hours. It also provides a convenient external override switch.
