New aircraft tool machined angled bucking bar
The newest addition to our line of machined bucking bars, this is a great, angled bar that will last a lifetime. This is not a cast bar - it is machined to tight tolerances from a very specific heat-treated alloy steel bar stock, so the weaknesses and imperfections normally associated with cast bucking bars are eliminated. Cast bucking bars present numerous issues, typically due to poor-quality alloys being used and a porous finish which is less dense and much more prone to corrosion than our machined bars. Both working faces are polished to a mirror-finish. The approximate measurement is 3" x 3" x 1", and weighs over 2 pounds. This is a standard design bar that will work in a plethora of riveting situations.
