Manufactured by Marconi Instruments as their model 893B, this item is an industry standard audio frequency absorption watt meter.
The Audio Power Meter 893B covers the wide power range of 300 W to 10W full scale over 10 ranges, and operates over the frequency range of 20Hz to 35kHz.
The input impedance is selectable from 2.5 Ohm to 20K Ohm in 48 steps, by the combined use of 2 rotary selector switches.
Balanced or unbalanced inputs and direct reading in Watts and dBm from the large easy to read meter movement.
Supplied in good working and reasonable used cosmetic condition, these are ex UK Government issued units and although old have not seen much use.
