Lincoln Double Stack Electric Impinger/Conveyor Ovens
Lincoln Impinger ovens are the premier continuous cooking platform for the food service industry. Impinger ovens allow for rapid heating, cooking, baking, and crisping of foods, which is typically done 2 to 4 times faster than conventional ovens. These ovens are easy to clean, and easy to operate.
These ovens have 18" wide conveyors, and they are 53 3/4" long. There are digital controls, with single on/off switches on each oven. There are "product stoppers" on each oven.The top oven has controls for conveyor speed, temperature, timer, etc. The lower oven has controls for temperature and timer, and also features a window for inserting foods that require half the bake time of other foods. Both ovens are on a wheeled cart for easy portability.
