* Exchanges or refunds will not be processed until the original item is returned to the warehouse and inspected.
* Exchanges or refunds will not be granted for items with minor scuffs and/or scratches outside the viewing area.
* Once the 48 hour window has passed, we will not extend exchange privileges or refunds.
