World Construction Solutions introduces the world s first auto adjusting road grader blade for excavators. The new patent pending Xscreed is a game changer for many excavation and concrete finishing companies. The turn key package comes installed with a Bulls Eye Tremble duel proportional laser system that feeds information back to the self adjusting hydraulic controls and grading displays. The result is fast and super accurate grading with little effort or talent from the operator.
Since the excavator can reach over objects it will not tear up sensitive areas of the site when grading.
Roller Compacted Concrete users will love the Xcreed for its power, speed and maneuverability. It will not leave a cold joint like a normal paver machine will on a typical run. Additionally, Paver machines have to waste time receiving the concrete slowly into their hopper from the dump truck. Not the case when using the Xcreed. The Roller Compacted concrete can be dumped out around the slab all at once saving time, and freeing up the dump trucks for other job functions. Since the excavator does not have to lay the concrete in rows it can avoid making cold joints while raking out the concrete at grade very quickly.
The Xscreed can be designed to fit Excavators in the 120 to 180 class size. Mini Excavator systems are available by quotation request. The total out the door turn key package price includes onsite installation and training for your operators at $29,990
Future Xscreed developments will include an attached laser tamping device to screed standard concrete.
