TEKTRONIX SG504 LEVELED SINEWAVE GENERATOR TEK TM500
The SG504 Leveled Sinewave Generator provides leveled output amplitude, variable from 250 MHz to 1050 MHz in two bands via an output leveling head. Frequency is indicated by a high-resolution tape dial that expands each band over 28 inches. The accurately calibrated output voltage is variable from 0.5V to at least 4.0V p-p into 50O.
* Used to calibrate high speed oscilloscopes

This module opperates with the TM500-Series Mainframe.
