This new cutter was developed with closer tolerences for the GM 10 cut system (Painted grey with black handles) This 45 degree cutter was necessary to cut the new 10 cut GM keys. The blue body red handles was having more miscuts due to the sloppiness in the cutter itself.
This new cutter pictured here is not for sale, but to inform you of the up-graded tolerence level of this cutter.
I do have available a brand new in the box one of these New Generation Code cutters, as well as used ones.
