Blue andalusian chicken hatching eggs ~laced~ 10+

These beautiful blue fowl originated in Andalusia Spain, but have long been known in England and the United States.
Blue Andalusians sport Blue-laced plumage making them an especially nice bird for show.
The ideal feather color is slate blue with a narrow lacing of darker blue.
The male has a cape of lustrous blue-black, sometimes shading almost to a dove gray, and feathers from this are top choice for tying artificial flies.
Andalusian hens are very good layers of medium white eggs with very little broodiness.
A flock of these beautiful blue birds is such a lovely sight...
You will be proud to own them..... as we are...
The rooster to hen ratio in this coop is 5-15 .....These are young and healthy layers.
THE COLOR BLUE: An interesting genetic characteristic of Blue Andalusians is the return in the descendant of not only all blue chicks, but also the black, white, and black-white colors used in the earliest matings many generations ago to create these blue fowl. All of these chicks carry the blue genes and when mated black to white or with other blues in turn produce numerous blue progeny. Approximately 50% of the baby chicks will be all blue. The other 50% will be black and blue/white combinations (splash).
