The adapter offers six (6) 1.33" miniflange zero level reducer ports with all bolt holes tapped, a 1.5" diameter viewport, and two (2) BNC ports.
The adapter is in great overall shape. It shows some traces of cosmetic wear and tear from previous use, which doesn't affect its performance. The knife edge on all of the conflat flanges is in good condition and the flanges are leak free. The handles on its sides can be removed.
