These three position ear muffs from 3M offer a combination of outstanding performance and remarkable versatility. The rotating headband of 3M 1427 may be worn in three different positions for the most in comfort and convenience. Recommended for moderate to high noise areas up to 100dBA TWA. The 3M 1427 Ear Muffs have a padded headband and an adjustable head strap that ensuring easy availability of comfortable ear muff positions whether the headband is under the chin, over or behind the head. Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 3M's three position ear muff is 27 dB (or 26 dB when headband is worn under the chin).
