Any dispute regarding these services or the offer or sale of the goods will be governed by California law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside, California (if estore1000 is a party to the dispute), or the Seller's principal place of business (if eStore1000 is not a party to the dispute), regardless of whether the dispute is brought under contract, tort or other principles. You hereby generally and unconditionally submit to and accept the jurisdiction of the courts as described in this paragraph.
