RK series Adjustable DC power supply is a high precision DC power which the output voltage can be adjusted unfailing continual adjustment and stabilized voltage can be changed to stabilize current automatically .This instrument has been designed for Lab, School and production line. The output voltage can be adjusted from 0 V to nominal value continually. The output loading current can be adjusted from 0 to nominal continually, too. It possesses the best degree of stability and corrugation coefficient and perfect protect circuit for overload. It can be used as stabilized voltage supply or stabilized current supply.

2.2 Working status for stabilized voltage:
a. Output voltage will be adjusted from 0 to nominal value continually.
b. The stabilized degree of voltage.
The stabilized degree of power:<=0.1%+2Mv
The stabilized degree of load:<=0.1%+2Mv (The maximum current is less than the nominal value).
The stabilized degree of load: <=0.1%+5Mv The maximum current is larger than the nominal value .
d. corrugation noise: <=0.5Vrms (5Hz 1MHz, the maximum current less or equal nominal value); <=1.0Vrms(5Hz 1MHz,the maximum current larger than nominal value).

2.3 Steady current working state
a. Output current can be adjust from 0 to Rated Max.
220V+/-10%50Hz or110V+/-10%60Hz (you can change it by yourself at the back)
b. Light: this light will bright when the current of the power supply is in a state of steady flow of work
c. The current fine-tuning knob: the output current fine-tuning.
d. The current adjustment knob: output current adjustment.
e. Ammeter Meter: Displays the output current.
f. Voltage Meter: Displays the output voltage.
g. Current control: high or low current range of options file (DM means display mA when press down the button)
h. voltage fine-tuning: the output voltage of the fine-tuning.
j. Voltage adjust knob: output voltage coarse.
k. Light: this light will bright when the voltage of the power supply is in a state of steady flow of work
l. 5V + : 5V positive output port
m. 5V - : 5V Negative output port
n. - output port: 0 30V Negative output port
o. + output port: 0 30v positive output port

If the fuse is blown, the power supply will stop working, and we must face this situation has been blown fuse to find out the reason. After troubleshooting, replace the same fuse. In addition to accidents in general do not open the fuse box.
This power supply is suitable to 110V/220V/50Hz/60 Hz AC voltages; you can change the voltage by the switch at the back of instrument.
a. First, pull out the power plug.
b. Change to the voltage you want by turning the switch at the back.
c. Voltage be changed; the size of the fuse should also be changed, according to the requirements of the back panel fitted with an appropriate fuse.
The power supply has been tested before leaving the factory qualified. If the accuracy has been modified in the repair process, please follow the steps to re-adjust. Please refer to circuit board labeling, when the need to be adjusted.
a. Use a multimeter with a precision of 0.1% to measure DC voltage.
b. Turn counterclockwise the two voltage knobs to the end.
c. Adjust VR5 fine-tuning until the reading of the multimeter is 0.
d. Turn clockwise the two voltage knobs to the end.
e. Adjust VR4 fine-tuning, so that meter readings for the rated voltage x1.05.
f. Regulate coarse to fine-tune, so that the meter readings for the rated voltage value.
g. Adjust display board VR2, so that the first reading of the table for rated voltage.
a. Turn counterclockwise the two current knobs to the end.
b. Use a multimeter with a precision of 0.1% to measure DC current.
c. adjust VR3 to fine tune the meter reading to zero amps.
d. Adjust the both of the two voltage knobs to the middle.
e. Turn clockwise the two current knobs to the end.
f. Adjust VR2 fine-turn, so that meter readings for the rated current value of x1.05.
g. Adjust both of the two current knobs, fine turn it let the reading of the multimeter is the maximum rated current value.
h. Adjust display board VR1 so that the instructions of ammeter is as same as the multimeter
Don't use it when the temperature is over 40 , radiator and the fan are located in the rear of the instrument. Please allow sufficient space for the benefit of heat.
When turn on or turn off the switch the voltage output won t over preset values
a. Decide how much A do you want first.
b. Use a wire to connect the (+) and (-) ports.
c. Rotate voltage control knob until the CC indicator light.
d. Adjust current control knob to obtain the required current value.
e. Don t change the current control knob again when the current have been setting.
f. You can use it after take off the wire which connect with
4.3.4 Constant voltage / constant current characteristics
The main feature of the power is the ability to achieve constant voltage and constant current automatic conversion. As the load change, the constant voltage and the constant current will change continuously. Connection points of the constant voltage and constant current, known as the turning point. For example: If the load lets the DC power supply work at a constant voltage condition, the output to stabilize the voltage. As the load increases, the output voltage will always remain stable until it reaches the preset limit value. When it reaches the preset limit value output current will be in a steady-state, the output voltage will decrease as the load increases in proportion. Conversion of constant voltage and constant current is instructed by the LED on the previous panel.
Similarly, automatic conversion from constant current to constant voltage is carried out with the reduction in the load. Constant voltage, CV indicator will Constant current CC indicator will light.
a. Place the Power switch on "OFF .
b. To ensure that the correct input supply voltage.
c. Connected to the power input.
d. Placed the power switch on "ON .
e. Adjust "VOLTAGE" and "CURRENT" knobs to the desired output voltage and current values.
f. To connect external loads to the "+", "-" output ports.
