The 7164 is a 20-channel, 2-pole scanner card. The 7164 uses dry reed relays for economy
with fully specified performance. It is to be used as a one-of-twenty channel selector only.
The Keithley 7164 is a 20 Channel Scanner Card. The Keithley 7164 can be used in the 705,
706, 7001 and 7002 mainframes.
