Moore Industries - PAV-AC Voltage Transducer, Model #PAV/0-150AC/4-20ma/S-120AC (SM), Serial #911119. This is a well kept, perhaps unused, AC Voltage Tranducer, which takes 120-VAC External Power, and a Voltage Input from 0-150-VAC, Outputing a 4-20ma signal. In gorgeous condition, though untested, it has Zero and Cal potentiometers on the front face as pictured.
