These state of the art wipes are constructed of 100% continuous-filament polyester double-knit with a no-run interlock pattern that is excellent for cleaning process equipment, tools, or other surfaces when contamination control is critical. These wipes are abrasion resistant even with rigorous use or when cleaning rough surfaces. The four cut edges are thermally sealed. This sealed border provides a protective edge around each wiper for minimum particle generation. The wipes are suitable for use in ISO Class 3-5 environments. To reduce particulation, wiper TWTX1012 is laundered and packaged in an ISO Class 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 10/M2.5) clean room. The wipes are packaged in a solvent safe bag within a bag.
