Vacuum Valve for Turbo pump with manifold. Valve is normally closed. (2) Quick release Vacuum clamps included. 24vdc operation. 5/8" SAE O-ring port on end of manifold. 5/16" SAE O-ring port on side. Tube ports are standard 1" flange type. Manifold made by TMPI. UVH clean conponents are new in original bag.
