Vintage cast iron hand water pump well unusual bronze


Vintage Antique Water Hand Pump. Measures 16" tall and is 17" wide at the widest point The pump sits with the handle to the side of the base not the rear like normal. I truely do not know why or what this pump was used originally for.
No manufacturer name is listed on the pump. The side has stamped one side "Pat Pending and 22PN on the other side. the mounting plate reads 21P
Great shape, no cracks or chips on it!~There are 3 holes in the bottom to mount. I do not know if it still pumps water but the handle moves up and down The water pipe at the bottom has been sawed off. right now it is primed and painted a oil rub bronze but color can easily be changed with the correct spray paint.
