Dextro is the VDE screwdriver that gives electricians exactly what they need - extra response, extra feel and extra speed. Its groundbreaking design was developed in consultation with professional electricians as part of our rigorous ongoing innovation programme.
Dextro features a long, fine neck for ultimate fingertip control. It has an ergonomically shaped smooth, round head to allow it to pivot easily in the palm of the hand, and ridges along the head for that last turn of power when tightening down.

The VDE marking is the electrician's assurance of safety. It means that each screwdriver is individually tested to 10,000V to ensure completely safe working on live equipment up to 1,000V.

Since 1920, the VDE Testing and Certification Institute has been actively involved in ensuring the electrical safety of machines, components, appliances and tools. It is an independent institution. concerned only with consumer safety. Only products that have been tested to strict criteria in the VDE Institute s Frankfurt-based laboratories can be issued with the VDE Certification Mark.
