Large base design for heavy duty routing.
All axes travel on profile linear bearings (STAR), ballscrews.

Positioning speed: X & Y axis 246 FPM, Z-axis 49 FPM
MP19 T pattern boring head with:
(7) vertical spindles in the Y axis
(13) vertical spindles in the X axis
(1) spindle shared in the X & Y axis
(2) horizontal boring aggregates in the X axis
(1) horizontal boring aggregate in the y axis
Each aggregate has (2) opposing spindles
All spindle driven by a 3Kw (4hp) motor.
(1) 7.5kw (10HP) Electro-spindle with ATC, ISO-30 tool holder, solid-state inverter driven (0-18,000 rpm)
(1) Carry-along 8-position automatic tool changer.

Table is divided into (2) sections
Each section has (4) pneumatic position locking support arms 6 in. x 51 in. each with (3) vacuum pods per arm (1 vacuum pod is missing)
Each support arm has (1) front and (1) rear pop-up stop.
Additionally, arm #3 and #4 of section 1 have (2) side pop-up stops each.
There are also (4) fixed pop-up stops (2) left and (2) right.
(12) ISO-30 tool holders with various tooling.
30KVA transformer for use with 230V/480V
GENESIS programming software. HP computer w/ keyboard,monitor built into protective electrical cabinet along with operator controls.
