20LB vibratory media polishing kit
Bring out high polished mirror finishes on metal parts without the elbow grease! Work great on aluminum and all other ferous and non-ferous metals.
The Ultra-Shine Metal Polishing Kit includes: 20 lbs of 2mm Ultra-Shine non-abrasive ceramic porcelain polishing ball vibratory tumble media, 24 oz Ultra-Shine concentrated proprietary polishing compound, screen/filter material (not pictured), to prevent clogging of vibratory drain system. Ultra-Shine is suggested to use as a secondary or final finishing operation. Kit only polishes and does not deburr metal parts. The Ultra-Shine metal finishing kit will bring your metal parts to a near chrome-like finish (as the peice of aluminum in the picture). For best results, it is essential to use a flow drip and drain system to keep compound and water to the media. The 20lb kit contains enough media for medium to large sized vibratory tumblers similar to a Chicago 18lb vibratory bowl system. Works with Thumler, Raytec, Chicago, Burr-King, Nova and all other vibratory finishing systems. Use the 10lb kit if you have a smaller system similar to a Thumler UV-18 vibratory bowl system.
