Shank .................... Not sure if this is a 40 or a 45 taper or something else, looks like it is some type of a quick change tool holder, the large diameter of the tapered shank measures 2.438" the small end measures approx. 1.455"
Condition .............. Looks New to me. The drawbar threads might be metric not sure, they look to be approx. 5/8"diameter Fine thread. If you need me to research it further, please let me know.
