For Landis & Gyr/Powers Control Input Signal a Vapac adaptor PCS
1150605 must be used on the Microvap PCS. The adaptor converts the
0-10v signal to 0-5v for the Microvap input circuit and for this reason the
signal selector on the Microvap PCS must be moved to position 0-5v.
