This is for one brushed aluminum vent grill or speaker cover. Heavy duty vent is a little over 12" diameter at the base which is completely open to the back. The top or grill side is about 9-1/2" diameter. The box describes this as a speaker cover baffle but it could be used for anywhere you need a vent. As you see from the picture it has a angled top and should work good mounted on the side of a shop or something.
