The opening to this steamer measures 17" x 16 1/2" x 24 3/4". There are four pan slides, designed to hold standard full size hotel pans. This steamer is ideal for preparing a variety of different types of menu items, especially vegetables!
* If damage has occurred: 1)Document damage when signing for delivery 2) Keep all packaging materials 3) Photograph damage 4) File a damaged goods claim with freight carrier.
* A packaging/crating fee will be charged.
* However, if there is an issue, we will be happy to investigate the situation. You must contact us in writing within three days of receiving the equipment to explain the circumstances.
* JR Ranch Equipment, Inc. will not be responsible for labor costs involved with repairs; but parts may be covered within sixty days of receiving the equipment.
* JR Ranch Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for any costs involved with repairs done to the equipment without our prior approval.
* We do not pay for, or reimburse for, the installation of equipment or for equipment to be "checked over" by a professional service.
