Available for sale is a one mter Parkson Magnum Belt Press mounted in a 40' tractor trailer van trailer. NJ Title.
The Press is complete and is fully operational - it features:
* Extended gravity dewatering zone [-$$-option]
* High pressure dewatering to produce drier cake
* Netzsche Feed pump with Reeves hand-crank variable speed drive.
* Reeves vari-drives on all drives [floc tank, main press drive]
* Dry polymer make-up system, injection pumps and floc tank. liquid polymer capable
* Belt wash pump and air compressor [for belt steering]
* All control panels are complete & everything works
* Electrial setup - switchable 230 & 460 3phase
* Laboratory/office area in front of trailer
* Full 306 stainless drip pan / liner under press [cost over $10,000 to install]
* Doors on both sides of the trailer to allow ventilation.
The cons - trailer is a little rough - could use paint [if paint is your thing]. The brakes & lights work, the tires are good, the doors are a little rough and may eventually need replacement or repair - curtains would be nice.
Unit is ready to work - this is no "come and remove the pieces" and put it together later package.
Tow it where it is needed, plug it in & start pressing.
