The Aloe Advantage Iodine Equine and Dog Shampoo by Durvet contains aloe and lanolin. Rich lathering and ideal for improving bacterial or fungal conditions. Helps to condition the skin and will not stain. Aloe & Lanolin. Non-staining, conditioning and rich lathering formula for use on common bacterial and fungal skin conditions. Use on both horses and dogs.
Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, PVP-Iodine, Cocamide MEA, Sodium Chloride, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, PEG-75 Lanolin, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Butylparaben, Isobutylparaben.
Wet animal completely. Add 1/2 to 1 ounce of Iodine Shampoo at a time to a wet sponge or soft brush. Apply directly to the area of concern and work into rich lather over the entire body. Rub briskly with hands or soft rubber curry to work the lather down into the skin and allow lather to stand 5-10 minutes before rinsing. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Repeat on heavily soiled area. Towel dry or use soft squeegee to remove excess water.
TIPS: If hair is thick you may want to clip the animal. Use warm water to bathe if available. Allow animal s skin to get plenty of sunlight and air.
