TRUE TSSU-72-18 SALAD/SANDWICH 3 DOOR STAINLESS REFRIGERATED PREP TABLE!
The True TSSU-72-18 salad/sandwich prep refrigerator unit has three doors, recessed handles, removable back hood/lid and adjustable, vinyl-coated wire shelves. This unit uses an oversized (134A) refrigeration system with air flow directed at the pans, to ensure colder temperatures. It holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The front, top, and sides of the TSSU-72-18 are stainless steel and the back has a nice aluminum finish. It has a stainless steel, foam-insulated cover to keep pans/food colder. The interior has NSF-approved, white vinyl-coated aluminum sides and top coved corners and a stainless steel floor. This True TSSU-72-18 has a 11 3/4" wide, full-length, removable cutting board, Ten (1/6th size) 6" x 6" x 4" clear, polycarbonate insert pans, and Four (1/4th size) 6" x 10" x 6" aluminum insert pans INCLUDED!
