These compostable soup bowls are sprayed with a bioplastic corn liner that makes them fully compostable.(most bowls are sprayed with a petroleum derived liner) They are estimated to compost in a commercial composter in about 60 days. Why would you put your soup/gelato in a non-renewable bowl? Beautifully designed, they should be used at every food-service establishment. The lids for these bowls are available in another listing.
