This 6 foot rear 3pt hitch mounted, Walco-Douglas, estate mower follows the ground contour with 4 air filled gauge wheels, three floating links and 3 heavy blades covering 72" of cut, discharged evenly out the rear. Underneath rollers help prevent scarifying. The mower frame is heavy gauge steel, wrapped with a leading solid 5/8" steel bar stock. The three blades are driven with large greaseable spindles, telescoping 540 pto shaft, right angle gearbox, and heavy spring tensioned belt running in a single plane. The caster wheel bearings and adjustable height settings are also greaseable. This mower works well with older Ford 8N type tractors and with newer compact utility tractors, ranging from 12 to 40 pto hp. Although this unit is new, it has been stored outside and has some surface rust where the paint was scratched. You will be impressed by this mowers performance and durability!
