TS-2100 Optical Surface Analyzer
The TS-2100 was Candela's first product to incorporate phase shift measurements. The system performs with exceptional sensitivity to provide quantitative image analysis of films and surfaces.
Combining up to four measurement methods (ellipsometry, reflectometry, scatterometry, and Kerr effect microscopy), the TS-2100 has numerous measurement capabilities.
Like the OSA 5100, this system is manually-loaded, and consists of a compact scan unit, electronics rack, monitor and keyboard.

Multi-Channel Analysis uses Candela's proprietary Q-polarized light, optimized for phase shift detection, to deliver:
