Kenwood Rapid Rate Charger for TK-2000/3000 Series Radios with KNB-45L 2000 mAh Li-Ion Battery!
This Charger is brand new with a 12 Month Warranty from date of purchase and will charge either the Radio with Battery or simply just the Battery.
The Part Number is listed as KSC-35K Fast Rate Single Unit Li-Ion (Only) It maybe configued with the KMB-25 Six Unit Charger Adapter which is a low profile platform with internal power strip and 2 X 3 charger configuration.
The charger consists of 2 parts. One being the Charging Tray that holds the Radio or just the Battery. The input on this part is 12.0v @ 1.0Amp and Output of 8.65v @ 0.95Amp. This may lend it's self to adaptation to a mobile 12v installation. The second part is the AC Adapter which has the standard 120v AC Wall Plug drawing 0.25Amps and yeilding 12v-DC (to the cord plugging into the tray) at 1.0Amp.
As the NiCad and NiMH Batteries are retired, these Li-Ion will be replacing them so it maybe a good time to think about moving up to Li-Ion. We Sell Batteries as well and would be pleased to quote a battery with the charger as well.
