Similar to the 170II Series, but specially heat treated for a Rockwell hardness of 57-59C. Flush cuts Dumet and Kovar leads as well as soft wire to 18 AWG. Comes standard with contoured, non-slip rubber handles, non-protruding flat spring, and glare-resistant bright finish. Available with or without lead retainer and static-dissipative handles. 4& O.L. for smaller hands and maximum maneuverability.
