Reason for selling: This Roll-O-Matic comes off of our John Deere 4010 which only has 3,500 hours on it. We replaced it with a wide front end to accommodate a front end loader. This unit is complete with rims and tires and is ready to mount on your row crop tractor.
The John Deere Roll-O-Matic system offers a smoother ride than a traditional narrow front end. It is similar to a semi-independent front suspension. When one wheel hits a bump, a gear forces the other wheel down, keeping it in contact with the ground. This prevents the tractor from hopping, as would occur on a typical tricycle-front tractor.
