Midaco Side by Side Shuttle Manual Pallet System
This system comes with one cast iron, pneumatically powered receiver, two aluminum pallets and one shuttle unit allowing an operator to change pallets in a matter of seconds. You simply pull one pallet from the production machine onto the shuttle. That shuttle is now pushed to the side. The second shuttle with the new pallet is rolled to the center position where the pallet is then rolled into the production machine.
This system can be used for injection molding machines, vertical milling machines, Drill & Tap machines, surface grinders, CMM machines and other special application machinery.
The shuttle is equipped with precision ground linear guide rails which provide a smooth and effortless transfer of the pallets. It is also equipped with adjustable legs for height adjustment. In addition, a full length shuttle drip trough captures coolant and chips to keep the environment clean.
The cast iron receiver mounts to the production machine table.
