These neodymium (NdFeB) magnets are very different in comparison with normal ferrite magnets.
These small magnets are astonishingly strong. I was really surpised when I played with them for the first time.
I selected N45 Material which makes the magnets more suitable for magnetic locks (wooden cases etc. ), modelling or for magnetic therapy.
What can neodymium magnets be used for ?
* magnetic locks for caskets, etuis etc.
Please note that neoymium magnets -even if coated with a metal - are ceramic and can shiver if they bump together!
Our magnets are chromium coated! Nickel coating is standard for Neodymium magnets, but it represents a potential health risk. So we decided to use chromium coating for our magnets. Yes, it is more expensive but quality rules!
Keep neodymium magnets away from small children! They can be swallowed!
