I have two motor controls made by Pacific Scientific Motor Control Division Rockford ,Illinois -Numbers are as follows Catalog 33vmm52-0000-44.Date code 9206.Torque constant 5.7 / .85.This motor has a small metal notched wheel for some kind of belt or chain on the one side and the other side has two electrical screws for power . I really do not have any knowledge of an application for this motor so your on your own.Any other details feel free to ask.Thanks
