- All UK orders are sent by the Royal mail first class standard service. Recorded delivery is available for an extra charge of 80p if you want to be able to track your item during the delivery process. If you need your item delivered urgently and want to be sure you will receive it the next day we can also send the item via Special next day delivery for an extra charge of 5.10.
- International orders are sent via Airmail. Delivery to Europe via airmail is 80p and delivery to the rest of the world is 1.20. We can also send via the International signed for service if you would like the ability to track you item during the delivery process, for an additional fee of 3.50. (So total fee for international signed for to Europe would be 4.30 and for the rest of the world 4.70).
- All orders before 2pm on a weekday and before 10am on a Saturday are ALWAYS sent the same day. Orders after 2pm are sent the following morning.
- We can offer discounted postage rates for combined orders. Please contact us if you wish to purchase multiple items and we will give you tell you how much discount we can offer for postage.
- We do not accept postal orders or cheques
- When it is possible please proceed to the checkout and pay for the item straight after you have purchased the item as this speeds up the service we offer you.
- No item shall be sent until it has been paid for in full. All p&p costs are final and prior to making an order please first be sure that this is the item you require.
- This item has a 10 day limited return to base warranty which commences from the day you receive the item and concludes 10 days later.
- Installing new parts to your phone is not a simple task and we strongly advise you to get this done by a professional. We will not be held responsible in the event that you damage your phone whilst attempting to install this replacement part.
