This measures about 7.25 inches long 6 inches wide (the base is about 1 inch wider) and stands about 6.4 inches tall. There are some scratches to the black paint on the front of this. .
120 volts ac in, and on the front is a 2 amp fuse, AC for 6, 12, and 24 volts; and DC (6 volts).
I tested this, and it does work. According to my multimeter the 6 volt AC screw was 6.7 volts; the 12 volt screw was 13.4 volts, the 24 volt screw was 26.9 volts, and the dc screws were 6.1 volts.
