CES Model 5400 High Capacity Tone Panel, Repeater Controller, Interconnect. This unit was pulled from a working system several years ago. Comes with a manual programer that plugs into the front. Unit powers-up and I was able to scroll thru settings options, but other than that I cannot test it.
Not made by zetron, only put that in to help in a search for a like item.
