I am a retired Computer Science Instructor who happened to be an electronics engineer in a "former life". Now it is time to clean up some of the items I collected, but never used over the years.
Although I don't own a Triplett VOM, I found this probe among my collection of "stuff". It is in fair to good shape. The tip is bent a little, but could be straightened easily. The DCV/ACV switch operates smoothly. The internal resistor measures at around 700K ohms - I don't know what exact value it should be, but it does not appear damaged. I don't have the grounding wire that optionally attaches to the side of the probe.
If you need this probe, you probably know a lot more about it than I do. I need to clean out my old stuff and want to find a good home for this old probe!
