It appears that these 9 resistors were hooked up in parallel which would have made for less than .1 ohms. Copper buss bars are still in place for the upper 4.
Each resistor is fitted for liquid cooling. Someone let this freeze so the copper tubes that connected them expanded as shown above.
A type K thermocouple is included so the cooling loop can maintain constant temperature or an alarm can be triggered if the temperature of the resistor gets too high.
With the tubing fittings, each resistor is about 12 inches long.
The overall dimensions of the panel are about 40 by 24 inches.
Might be just what you need for your serious low ohms load resistor application.
Condition looks functional used but needs re-plumbing for liquid cooling and wiring to the resistance configuration you want.
