Here is a group of six 1 1/8" hand taps of various mfg, and threads per inch. All range from good used condition, to one that could use sharpening. Designation of taper, plug, and bottoming is a judgment knowing that mfg design varies. Some have some typical shop debris and coloration, see pics .
