This is not a toy kit that you may be around the market, All parts are industeral grade that use in production class machine. The large cutting are ( measure spindle center to center) 20 x 25 combine with slot-table, double ball bearing, offer a real production ready set up for your production need.

Machine can work with various material, hard wood, plastic, aluminum ( with coolet), depend on your spindle motor.

All X,Y and Z moving parts use High Precision Lead screw and ball bearing system

we had made upate to this system and now with more advance feature as below:
Update 2.0 ( 2010 april version):
1.upgrade to use double preload nut, Zero back lash on all axis.
2. the Z motor use NEMA34 now.
3. Z Axis use linear rail, shorten the distance between spindle to support rail.
Over all size (without motor) : 27.9 x 34.7 x18.25 ( 710mm x 882mm x 464mm)
If NEMA34 and 23 motor installed, the over all size is
30.5 x 37.5 x 21.4 ( 779mm x 951mm x 543mm).
Table Size: 22.8 x 30.7 780mm x 580mm
Cutting size (spindle center to center): 20.5 x 25.5 x 2.8 ( 517mm x 652mm x 72mm)

Standard coupler suit the motor shaft diameters is 8mm (Z) and 12mm (X,Y). other shaft size ( 1/4 , 3/8 10, 12mm etc) are available without extra cost.
What will you need to get the kits start cut your parts:
This kit design to provide a solid build, industrial quality router for various application,
1. 3 stepping motor (or servo) with NEMA34 or xx mounting for X,Y,Z axis
2. Stepping driver and power supply.
3. A wiring or board between the driver and limited switch to Parallel port
4. PC with software ( mach 3, linux CNC etc) that covert the G code to the Parallel port signal to drive the motor driver
5. Spindle motor with 80 mm diameter, we offer 2.5kW 24000rpm spindle motor with speed control. Please contact us for price.
